QUALIFICATIONS:
 Ideal candidate will have 5+ years software development experience with web-based solutions, 3+ years J2EE experience and 5years of overall software development experience; and will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS.

• Responsible for designing and coordinating measurement, data collection and analysis for various performance improvement projects.
• Managing the support of projects and providing data/analytical support
• Manage the overall operations and administration of the data warehouse and databases, including some DBA responsibilities, user assignment, security, data integrity, and general IS support.
• Responsible for developing standardized reporting packages from the administrative databases and producing ad hoc reports as requested
• Responsible for monitoring/tracking company performance on contracts; including validating or understanding customer financial reports.
• Responsible for general knowledge of customer health plan claims, reimbursement and quality data requirements.
• Responsible for working with customers on connectivity issues, data submission issues and other support projects or assistance.
• Other duties as required
• Technologies – SQL Server and other databases, Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint, ICD-9, HCPCS coding methods, and RBRVS reimbursement method. Survey research experience and website content management extremely helpful.
• BA degree or measurable equivalence; plus 3-5 years experience working with health care data, software and/or electronic medical record systems
• Project Management and Strong analytical skills 
• This individual will be reporting to the CEO and will manage a small team.

• Maintain and make minor enhancements/updates to a mission critical commission system.
• Commission system is based on MS Access, VBA and MS SQL DB. This person will work closely with the business in the following areas: 
   - Minor updates 
   - User administration 
   - Reporting 
   - General support 
   - Meet business deadlines for importing and exporting data 

• Advanced MS Access 2000 or later 
• SQL Server 
• Visual Basic for Applications 
• Data transformation (familiar with working in DB tables, Excel files, and other text-based data formats ) 
• An understanding of commission payment processes, Siebel CRM and Oracle is helpful but not required.
